David Palacios Pinzón is a Panamanian professional specialized in international relations, economic diplomacy and business development. He served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Panama to El Salvador (2019–2024), where he represented Panama's interests while strengthening institutional, economic, academic and cultural ties with the region.
His experience includes high-level interaction with government authorities, multilateral organizations (SICA, IDB), academic institutions, business leaders and investors. During his tenure as ambassador, he founded the Panama–El Salvador Binational Chamber of Commerce and led technical and scientific cooperation initiatives that strengthened bilateral relations.
His career has given him a unique perspective on building strategic alliances, high-level negotiation, and creating opportunities across markets. He currently works as a consultant in strategic development and international business, helping companies and institutions expand their operations in Panama and Central America. He also teaches university programs in international business and business mentoring.
